What is the progression for part time distance students?
The time for each problem is one week, but students can purchase problems individually according to their own circumstances. We do expect that students complete at least 24 problems (equivalent to 3 blocks) per year. However, the philosophy of the school is to be flexible and try to meet students needs. An alternative study schedule is open to negotiation with the Dean’s office. We have decided to make the first 8 weeks compulsory in Vanuatu for several reasons; introduction of students to our study methodology; assisting with any individual problems student may have; getting the faculty and students to meet each other.
