WHAT IS THE PROFORM WARRANTY?
A. PROFORMS’ PRODUCT WARRANTIES Roll goods are under warranty for 3 years with 100% in the first year, 50% in the second year, & 25% through the 3rd year. The warranty states that no more than 10% of the surface will wear over 3 years. Product must be taken care of properly, cleaned as needed and vacuumed regularly. Rubber matting is under warranty against manufacturer defects for 5 years. Rubber backed runners come with a 1 year warranty.
