What is the profile of the contract sales representatives?
Many of our contract sales representatives include retired or semi-retired agriculture professionals with years of experience, self-employed agriculture consultants, spouses/parents with college degrees and ag experience, persons in between jobs, and educated farmers. These professionals want to work, but not 52 weeks a year. Many of these individuals not only want to earn additional income but also want to maintain their network of connections in the industry and their “professional” stature.
