What is the Production Rule for the ATV classes?
The Production Rule requires an OEM motor and matching frame combination. That means the frame and engine must come out of an ATV that is being manufactured by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Frame geometry must remain as designed by the OEM, including all suspension pivot points. No aftermarket frames or motorcycle engines permitted. Otherwise, all modifications are legal, including engine modifications, frame reinforcements and aftermarket A-arms, swing-arms and suspension.
