We start with the highest Quality, & best priced doors Available. The doors are Prep-sanded. Hand touch up sanded and QC checked. Mechanically denibb (Process of wood burr removal). Oil-based stain is applied and hand wiped. First coat of precatalyst vinyl sealer applied at 24% solids and 3-1/2 wet mils. The doors are then oven cured. A second mechanical denibb is done to the door. A second coat precatalyst topcoat applied at 28% solids and 3-1/2 wet mils is applied to the door. The door is oven cure. The doors are then package.
