What is the process to withdraw consent for mutual consent divorce? Married under Hindu Marriage Act?

0

Just file an application stating the consent for mutual consent is being withdrawn by the applicant without any force or coercion or undue influence & is no more interested in the dissolution of the marriage but wants to willfully resume the conjugal relationship with the other party without force or fraud whatsoever. This application should be accompanied with an affidavit & both these should be filled before the final order for divorce is being ordered by the concerned court. The presiding officer/district judge adjudicating the matter shall on receipt of this application will seek the opinion of the other party & on satisfaction that such withdrawal of the consent by the applicant is done by him or her without any force or coercion or undue influence shall dismiss the petition of divorce by mutual consent filed under section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955.
