New submitters must first obtain a UnitedHealthcare electronic identification number. If you are currently transmitting claims to UnitedHealthcare, you will not have to re-enroll. Please call your local Provider Relations Consultant or the UnitedHealthcare e-Business Support Department at 866-509-1593.
