What is the process to request a due date change or a retail extension?
Log in to your account, and then you may request a Due Date Change or Extension in the Mail Center. After submitting the request, a Toyota Financial Services representative will evaluate whether you qualify. A due date change will not be processed until approved, a Due Date Change Agreement has been properly signed and accepted by TFS and you have paid all amounts owed in connection with the change. Note: You may not change your payment due date to the 31st of the month.
