You will however, be referred to a professional mortgage company to complete your qualification transaction if you do not have one already. Finally, the use of a Title Company will be utilized for closing the sale. If Yellow Brick Homes does employ the services of a Realtor, all of the details pertaining to the sale and closing will go directly through him/her.
