What is the process to organise a Custom Made piece?
Firstly, send us your enquiry via email or phone us. We will send you an email with an attachment in Word format – Custom Design Info Sheet. It contains questions regarding everything from the event you are attending to your head size. The more information you provide the better we can design the perfect piece. This form can be emailed or faxed back. We also require a photo of your outfit. If you have a fabric sample you can send that would be great to ensure the colours are just right. KPS will work with you to create the best design possible – a piece that you will love to wear.
