What is the process to obtain my property if it was taken for safekeeping?
Contact Property and Evidence Technician Larry Brown at 354-6827 Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to schedule an appointment to release property. The Department will not release any property that has evidentiary value. Questions about evidentiary value can be directed to the District Attorney’s Office.
