What is the process to cancel my Housing License Agreement after I have moved in? Your 2005-2006 Student Housing License Agreement period is from September 2005 through June 2006. If you would like to request to be released from your contract before June 2006, you would need to put your request in writing 30 days prior to the date you are requesting to be released. Bring your request to La Cienega Center, Building 59, and fill out a Petition to Cancel form. Once this form is completed, you will then need to be scheduled for an appointment to meet with the Director of University Housing Services who will approve or deny your request. Please refer to the Cancellation After Occupancy section of the Terms and Conditions of the Housing License Agreement.
