What is the Process to Block my mChek on Airtel if I have lost my Handset ?
• Please call up the Airtel call center at 121 and notify the loss of handset Call Centre Agent from Airtel will verify your credentials and block the Number. Call Center Agent shall raise a Ticket mentioning loss of handset along with mobile no. mChek shall inform the bank about the loss of handset and Bank shall block the customers mChek transactions. You can then visit the nearest Airtel Relationship Center and collect a New SIM card. Then re- register per Steps in Question No 11, 12 & 14 and call up the Bank to get the Money Transfer Service Activated.
