You must complete an application for registered sanitarian/sanitarian in training, submit the application fee, which is currently $80, and submit an official college transcript(s). Applications must be supported by an official transcript reflecting at least a bachelor’s degree and the completion of the science requirement listed above. Photocopies are not accepted.
