What is the process to add or drop a Health and Physical Activity Skills course using a add/drop slip?
Once classes have begun, a course may be added or dropped before the Registrar’s deadlines using a Change of Registration form. You will need the instructor’s and you advisor’s signature. The signed form should be submitted to the Registrar’s Service Center, 17 Calvin Hall, before the add or drop deadline. Students will not be allowed to add a Health and Physical Activity Skills course after the first week of class.
