What is the process that our team would go through to gain recognition for completing the Service Excellence Recognition Program?

Although there are no set timelines for the program, there is a set process for attaining approval for recognition. First, your team should review the workbook to determine if you would like to participate. Next, you would register through the service excellence online Team Registration. After, your team has registered you are able to formally begin the workbook. After you have completed all of the modules in consultation with your ADM, you are ready to submit your workbook for recognition. This is done through the ADM who sponsors it to your DM who recommends your team for recognition to the Deputy Minister of Executive Council. After your submission is successfully reviewed, you will be invited to a service excellence ceremony to celebrate your service excellence success.
