What is the process of the new county accepting the referral once it has been transferred to them?

At the beginning of each month, the county can pull up all “XYZ” referrals on their Referral List. The status will show as “TR”. Those referrals must then be reassigned to a valid investigator in the county through Case Reassignment. At that point the status will change to “CO”. Please note that this can not be done until at least the 2nd of the month.
