What is the process of the Email Matching Service?
The process is quite simple. Once you deliver your off line customer records that do not contain email addresses, we standardize the file and then match it against the online database. Those names that match are then sent a personalized invitation email that asks for the user s permission to send ongoing email communications to them. 5-10 days, the people that do not opt-out of your email communications are appended back to your file and returned to you. Those individuals that opted-out of the process are also identified so that you can suppress them from your file moving forward.
