After the price, show date and format of the ad is agreed upon, you shall be invoiced. The ad is due NO LATER THAN 5PM on Friday before their Sunday show date. Payment is due the day before the ad is shown. Every Friday, the entire slideshow and/or videos to be displayed by the Projects Sales Team will be emailed to the appropriate marketing group to be incorporated into that Sundays pre-show. There are several logistical details to work out every time we have to plan the show around a video, so please provide the material in a prompt fashion.
