What is the process of getting my own Infinity Moments DVD?
Once you make the decision to order an Infinity Moments DVD, your first step is to gather all of your materials and organize them according to how youd like them to appear on the big screen. Usually our customers like to organize their pictures/documents and videos themselves, but occasionally we do get the request to take the stress off of your shoulders and put it together ourselves. After youve gathered your materials, contact us at order@infinitymoments.com with your order information (how many pictures, the theme of your DVD, additional questions, etc.). We will then contact you with our shipping address and further shipping details. Once we receive your package, we will immediately begin processing your order. Well contact you once weve processed all of your materials and send you an invoice with the final sale price. Once your invoice has been paid, we will begin working on producing your DVD.
