What is the process of conducting a focus group survey?
The process for conducting starts with gathering eight to fifteen representative participants. Each focus group works with the client on clearly identifying their objectives. Our groups are ninety minutes with a break halfway through the meeting to confer with our clients on whether or not their needs are being met.
