What is the process of authoring a Knowledge Base article?
After you have been registered as an author for a particular Knowledge Base, you’ll be presented with additional commands when you access the Knowledge Base for which you have been granted authoring privileges (while you are logged in to StageDoor). In addition to the Find command, you’ll see the following authoring commands: Create This command creates a new blank Knowledge Base article. You must click the Edit Article link (at the bottom) to begin editing this article. Edit This command takes you to a form where you enter the ID of the article you wish to edit. Entering the desired article ID and submitting the form will bring up the article for editing. Knowledge Base articles can be in one of the following states: Unsubmitted This state indicates that the author is currently working on the contents of the article and is not yet ready to have the article published.
