What is the process if there is mismatch in Address /Identity proof as provided by my beneficiary ?
Within 60 days from date of initiation of request If your beneficiary cannot produce the necessary document in order, then the transaction will be kept on hold by the branch official and will be processed only after production of necessary document by your beneficiary. If your beneficiary cannot provide the proper Identity Proof as mentioned by you or there is a mismatch in address proof as mentioned by you, then a demand draft will be issued to your beneficiary’s address.
