What is the process if I need to make a claim on my DI policy?
We want to pay your benefits as soon as possible. Help us by notifying the Benefits Department immediately, even if you are not certain your total disability will extend beyond the elimination period. Please do not wait until the elimination period has expired or you have returned to work to notify us. Doing so could delay your claim.
