What is the process I have to undergo upon paying for my Taal View Heights lot?
Upon paying the purchase price of the property, Ledesco shall be responsible for the payment of the capital gains tax and the documentary stamp tax. Through the assistance of Ledesco, the buyer will pay for the (i) transfer tax; and (ii) annual real estate tax to the local government having jurisdiction over the place where the property is located . At present, the one-time transfer tax is approximately P____( ), and the real estate tax at P_____ ( ) per annum. Through the assistance of Ledesco, the buyer will pay for the registration fee with the Register of Deeds in order to transfer the title over the property in the name of the buyer. Upon execution of the contract, the buyer shall be responsible for the payment of the Association Dues for maintenance, security, upkeep, etc. of Taal View Heights. Upon payment of at least 30% of the purchase price of the property, the buyer may take possession of the property or may appoint a representative to make use of the property.
