What is the process for transitioning my DSL connection powered by Covad to another service provider?

Start the process by clicking here: Begin Account Transfer. Enter your Covad circuit ID number, or last name and zip code in the form. If you qualify for the program, you will be provided with a transition plan for your Covad DSL connection. After you complete the transition form, we will give you new IP addresses, transfer your DSL line to the Covad network, and then inform you of the new settings so that you can update your equipment.
