What is the process for submission?
Send all the material together with two original signed and notarized copies of the SUBMISSION OF MATERIAL – RELEASE AND AGREEMENT. The material should be labeled with your name and address. All submissions must be postmarked no later than June 15, 2007, and received by FOX no later than June 22, 2007. If you fail to comply with any of these requirements, your submission will not be eligible for review.
