What is the process for selection?
The process to select candidates for the Leadership Development Program begins with on-campus interviews conducted by management-level employees from Cardinal Health. Selected candidates from the first-round of interviews will be invited to a Cardinal Health office for a second-round of interviews. At these second-round interviews, candidates learn about Cardinal Health and the Leadership Development Program. Senior management from Cardinal Health also will interview the candidates. This process helps candidates to evaluate the culture and environment of Cardinal Health first-hand so they can make an informed decision. At the end of the process, Cardinal Health will select students to join the Leadership Development Program. Shortly after they return to campus, candidates will get a letter from Cardinal Health telling them the outcome of their interview.
