What is the process for scheduling a Video Conference?
1. All Video Conference session should be scheduled at least two weeks in advanced. 2. Video conferencing sessions are on a first come first serve basis. 3. Please include the session title, session number (if any), time, date and number of participants, content provider, content source, source’s email and phone number. 4. Departments, please indicate which campus you wish to view your session. 5. Campuses will request a video conferencing session by contacting their Librarian-Media Specialist. The Librarian-Media Specialist will request the session through the Technology Department via the online work order system.
