What is the process for requesting certification?
The employee provides the Regional Customer Service Office (RCSO) a signed, updated ACRB, which has been initialed by the supervisor indicating review. In addition to the ACRB, a resume and supporting documentation, such as DAU training certificates not listed on the ACRB, are also required. The RCSO reviews the package to ensure that certification standards have been achieved for the requested certification level. If the employee meets the certification standards, the package is forwarded to the certifying official for review and possible approval. Once an approval or disapproval decision is rendered, the ACRB will be updated and the package will be returned to the employee.
