The FRG will appoint a Web Point of Contact (POC) who will act as a liaison for the FRG and the IDB. The Web POC will contact the DOIM Help Desk at 526-2270 and request creation of a web page. The Help Desk will create a Trouble ticket that is then forwarded to the DOIM Information Dissemination Branch (IDB). A member of the IDB will then set up a requirements meeting. At this meeting, the unit Web POC should bring the information or outline of what information the unit/directorate wants on the web page/site and any concerns the unit might have. If the FRG has already created the web site, bring a copy to the meeting. Note to the FRG: All information on the site will need to be cleared by the unit’s Commander for OPSEC compliance in writing and sent to IDB, where the letter of approval will be kept on file.
