What is the process for reporting days off and returning the Jury Duty stipend that the County pays you for participating?

Fill out a leave form (Form #18). Enter the information into the sub system. Reimbursement for Jury Duty (#30.00 per day) will be turned in to the Business Office preferably in the form of a personal check. The state pays for mileage and parking which you are entitled to keep. *Payroll deduction on a 6 month basis is available. Call the Business Office for more information.
