What is the process for replacing a part that was damaged during shipment?
• Keep the original box and packaging material, as they are required during the claim process. • Call us at 1-800-693-9361 or email us at shipping@usascotts.com and provide details about the damage. • We will contact the shipping company and file a claim. • The shipping company will contact you to set up a damage inspection. • After the inspection, repackage the damaged part inside the box in which it was originally shipped. • The shipping company will pick up the repackaged damaged part at your location and return it to us. • Once we receive the damaged part, we will ship a new part to you. Note: If the shipping company denies the claim, you will be responsible for all costs related to the replacement part and shipping.
