What is the process for renting one the properties?
If you see a property on the website that you wish to rent you can contact us by either calling us, filling out a request sheet online or by emailing us. We then: 1. Look at your specifications and contact the owner of the property to confirm the availability of the property for the dates you want and if everything is ok. 2. We will fax or email the necessary paperwork for you to fill in sign and return to us. 3. Once the documents have been returned we then charge our booking fees and once we have received payment a confirmation of your booking will be sent to yourself and the owner. If you have not identified a property that you are interested in we then look at your request to see what your specifications are.
