What is the process for renting a Villa?
Please review our rental calendar for availability. The rates are listed on the web site. Please keep in mind cancellations do happen so if a time is booked that you would like, go ahead and call or email me to double check. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will mail you the rental agreement. The agreement needs to be completed and returned with the required deposit ($175.00) within 10 days of confirmation Final payment is due 35 days before arrival. Once your final payment is received, we mail you the check-in documents. We accept certified checks, money orders and also all Major Credit Cards. Our Villa is non-smoking! Check-in time is at 4:30 PM, check-out time is at 10:30 AM.
