What is the process for Renewal of Registered Agreements?
A. In the month prior to when agreements expire, the QPIR sends individually pre-printed renewal notices to employers. On the renewal notice, the parties have the option to renew the agreement on the same terms as the original agreement, or renew it subject to the terms of a new agreement (which the parties attach to the renewal). The renewal notice, the new agreement (if applicable) and the registration fee are then sent back to the QPIR.
