What is the process for raising the NTE amount or getting authorization to perform work?
If you need the NTE increased, as you would today, please call and get verbal approval. If you have questions about non-standard charges, or need additional authorization, and the work is not an emergency, please call the customer contact (as you would without WorkTrack) and that can be discussed on the phone.
