What is the process for purchasing and installing a Kinser sprint car filter?
Purchasing a Kinser Air Filter for your sprint car is a straight forward process. First you must determine if you would like a fiberglass or carbon fiber base plate for your system. After making your choice of base plates you are ready to place your order. Your Kinser sprint car air filter will include the base plate, mesh filter basket, filter foam and an outerwear. You will also need to purchase base plate seals if you don’t already have them. You should also determine if you would like to purchase the optional qualifying filter (see below) and a can of Klotz Foam Filter oil. Once your filter arrives you will need to determine which of the included templates fits your air stack application. Once you have selected the proper template simply cut the base plate to the proper pattern. Next you will install your base plate seals into the base plate and apply silicon around them. Allow the silicone to completely dry. Oil the filter foam thoroughly and you are ready to begin assembly on you
