What is the process for paying a consultant and invoicing CIDA?
A. The consultant must invoice CIDA monthly for all work being undertaken for CIDA, as well as all other expenses, such as travel and other costs. Invoices should correspond to services rendered on the date indicated. They should also be in accordance with the expected results of the contract. CIDA pays a submitted invoice from a consultant on contract only once CIDA has signed the task completion document (TCD).
