What is the process for ordering a custom eco-friendly wedding dress?
A. First you will want to contact Tara Lynn and make sure there is enough time to make your wedding gown for your wedding. A custom gown needs to be ordered at least three months in advance and a gown from the collection, at least one month. Then you should schedule an appointment with Tara Lynn to discuss your wedding plans and options for your perfect bridal gown. You may bring or email tear sheets of dresses you like, silhouettes that flatter your figure and any images that inspire you for the artwork on your gown. The third step is to finalize your budget and send a deposit. Once your deposit is received Tara Lynn will send you a measurement sheet, fabric swatches and begin sketching a selection of gowns for your review. Once you approve a wedding dress design Tara Lynn will schedule you for your first fitting or ship you’re fitting to you. On average you will need 1-2 fittings.
