What is the process for obtaining a Zoning Certificates?
To obtain a Zoning Certificate, the following materials need submitted: a completed Zoning Certificate Application form; a site plan of the subject property, drawn to scale, showing property lines and all existing and proposed improvements; construction drawings of the proposed improvement(s); and the appropriate application fee. Multiple copies of these materials are generally required. Fees vary depending on the type of improvement. These materials need to be submitted to the Delhi Township Department of Development Services located at the Fire Headquarters Building at 697 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233. Processing of the application typically takes one to two days.
