What is the process for making hotel reservations?
All conference attendees will be responsible for reserving and paying for making their own hotel reservations. The hotel reservation deadline is September 10. Availability of rooms and rates after September 10 is not guaranteed. Primary state and local coalition representatives will be eligible to receive a $300 hotel grant check by checking the box located on the conference registration form. * New coordinators, state coordinators and the Safe Kids US Advisory Committee are eligible to have the night of October 14 covered by Safe Kids Worldwide.
