NPS has developed an Internet link for competitive review which is easily accessible through our internal “Inside NPS” informational web site. I have sent out several all-employees letters. We have an internal steering team composed of members of all regions, centers, and the Washington office. As information becomes available from DOI, it is passed through this chain. Both DOI and NPS have carefully followed the instructions under the Circular for union notification. The pilot studies that have union representation have included union representatives in the process from the beginning. All appropriate notices have been given to the unions.
