We already have a business plan in place and are in the process of pre-negotiations for several site locations. We have also established a Pro-tem Board of Directors who will act as our advisory board until the firm has been incorporated. Because we have elected to sell shares in Connecticut and our bordering state of Massachusetts, we solicited the assistance of the Connecticut Urban Legal Initiative, an initiative that is co-sponsored by the University of Connecticut School of Law. With their help, we have established registration requirements and incorporation documents are in the process of being prepared and submitted to the states of Connecticut and Massachusetts. We then begin our search for talented employees, starting with a general manager – one with competence in clothing/general retail management.
