All exterior improvements must be submitted in writing and approved prior to commencement of construction. You must submit a completed Architectural Modification request form (located on Belterras community website), drawing or picture of planned improvement and plot plan of your lot indicating the location of the improvement. The HOA has 30 days to approve or deny your request.
