What is the process for gaining Board approval to renovations within my unit?
This can be a very complex situation. Any renovation that has even the slightest impact on common and limited common areas (which will include almost everything) MUST be approved by the Board prior to commencing your project. Examples include installing hard-surface flooring (Pergo included), any alteration of plumbing, any alteration of walls, any alteration of your deck area, parking area, etc. ALWAYS refer to the current Rules & Regulations for details.
