1. Apply to City College of San Francisco, visit http://www.ccsf.edu/NEW/en/student-services/admissions-and-registration/admissions/credit-admission.html 2. Complete Parent/Guardian Consent, Principal/Designee Recommendation and make and save copies of both forms. Request two official transcripts from your high school district. 3. Submit copy of the following documents to the Office of Admissions & Records: a) A copy of your e-mail from CCSF which offers your student identification number. b) One official transcript. c) Parent/Guardian Consent. d) Principal /Designee Recommendation forms to CCSF Office of Admissions & Records. Important Notice: Please indicate a first, second, third or fourth choice for course selection on the Principal/Designee Recommendation forms. You will receive a Concurrently Enrolled High School Student (orange) Matriculation Component card and a High School Student Orientation Handbook.
