What is the process for enrolling in the Concurrent High School Enrollment Program?
1. Apply to City College of San Francisco, visit http://www.ccsf.edu/NEW/en/student-services/admissions-and-registration/admissions/credit-admission.html 2. Complete Parent/Guardian Consent, Principal/Designee Recommendation and make and save copies of both forms. Request two official transcripts from your high school district. 3. Submit copy of the following documents to the Office of Admissions & Records: a) A copy of your e-mail from CCSF which offers your student identification number. b) One official transcript. c) Parent/Guardian Consent. d) Principal /Designee Recommendation forms to CCSF Office of Admissions & Records.
