What is the process for enlarging or building a deck?
A plan for the proposed deck or modifications along with a drawing from the contractor must be submitted to the board via the management company. The plan must be approved by the association and the village of Palatine. Normally the contractor handles getting the building permit from the village. Contact the management company for details. No work may begin prior to receiving written permission from the board.
