What is the process for distributing OneNASA Email addresses?
During the week of March 3rd, Code CI will begin sending email messages to HQ civil servant employees informing them of their new, automatically generated Email addresses. Employees, who are happy with their new email address, will be asked to change their Return address in Eudora. A link to a web page containing instructions on how to change the employee’s Return address will be included with the message. For employees who are not happy with their new address, the email message will direct them to the Alias Application Page, where they can pick an Alias. The required Login and password information to the Alias application will also be included in the message. Note: If an employee chooses to create an email Alias, there is a one-business-day turn-around before the Alias takes effect. This means that the employee must wait for the Alias to be implemented BEFORE changing the Return Address field in Eudora.
