Disbursement of approved funds is either partial in advance of the project or in full after completion of the project. Fund disbursement to the applicant representing a GNSI Chapter will be made to the Chapter Treasurer. Fund disbursement to an individual GNSI member will be made to the individual, providing all requirements and restrictions have been observed.
